Dear Chapter Advisors:

Thank you for serving Beta Kappa Chi.  We appreciate your dedication to the Organization and to our student members.   As we move forward in our growth as an organization we need your support.  Please help us by doing the following when sending in your membership information.

• Remit a single check to the Executive Secretary along with the report of your intake activities.  Please make sure to indicate what type of fees you have collected (i.e., initiates, keys and/or dues).
• Send a copy of the form and a copy of the check to your Regional Vice President (see National Officers link for list of Regional Vice Presidents).
• Send an additional copy of the form and a copy of the check to the Treasurer (see below for contact information). 
• Keep a copy of the report for your records.

In order for your report to be received and included in the annual meeting it has to be to the Executive Secretary on or before February 15.  When sending your report to the Treasurer, please send it to:  Beta Kappa Chi Scientific Honor Society, P.O. Box 4601, Greensboro, NC 27404-4601.
